Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they ship out.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location. Some items may arrive sooner or take a bit longer during high-demand periods.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Delays
Occasionally shipments are delayed due to high order volume or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll look into it for you.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if it's been missing for an extended period, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
